"Switchboard"

Description: The secret wartime tunnels underneath Dover are incredible to walk through. There's some cheesy recording, etc, but you really get an idea of what it'd be like to live down there, working as a doctor or communications officer. Unfortunately they don't allow photography, but I couldn't resist grabbing a few shots to remember the ambiance. It was very dark everywhere (probably part of their restriction), so this framing came as much from where the railing was setup as my own choice.

Post-production: I darkened the image, and tried to make its colors a little more "military". In the end I decided that this is one of those pictures that actually looks better not sharpened at all.
